Inner Space was created as a quiet, practical resource for people looking for relief from sleepless nights, stress, pain, and hormonal ups and downs. It is built around one simple idea: when your nervous system has more supportive input, everyday life becomes a little more workable.

I am a German Certified Naturheilpraktikerin (comparable to a Naturopath in English) and a long-time meditation and yoga teacher and practitioner with more than 35 years of experience. I am also a certified yoga teacher, and my work is informed by additional training in subtle, meditative healing arts. Rather than trying to diagnose or treat, I focus on offering grounded, accessible audio that you can use in real life at bedtime, during a flare, or on a break in your day.

The practices here are not medical treatment and they don’t promise to fix anything. They are invitations: guided meditations and nervous-system‑aware sessions designed to offer a bit more relief, space, and ease. Feel free to move through them at your own pace, use what helps, and leave the rest. Inner Space is here whenever you need a small, low‑pressure place to return to center.
